Preheat oven to 375º F. (350º F for a dark, nonstick pan). Grease the bottom and sides of an 8x8 or an 9x9 baking pan and set aside. Combine brownie mix, oil, Ensure Original, and egg in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Mix vigorously for 75 strokes. Pour into prepared pan and place in oven.
