Combine Ensure COMPLETE and pudding mix in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Lower heat and stir constantly until thick and creamy. Pour mixture into dishes. Chill until set. Cover top of pudding with waxed paper to avoid a film forming on top of the pudding in the refrigerator. Keep remaining servings refrigerated, and consume or discard after 24 hours.
